  5. An intention to marry in 1750 between Josiah Parks and Sarah Munroe is reported as a marriage in many secondary sources, but it appears to have been an abandoned intention, as both participants are otherwise married in 1753. Josiah Parks is confused with his father by Source:Bond, Henry. Family Memorials. Genealogies of the Families and Descendants of the Early Settlers of Watertown, Massachusetts, Including Waltham and Weston (1855). Both of these issues are discussed in more detail on the page of Sarah Munroe.
