His Will, dated Jan. 21, proved Oct. 25, 1774, makes bequests to heirs of cousin Esther Hoar; to cousin Ruth Thomas; and to cousin [nephew] Marshall Spring, whom he made his exe'r, who was probably his professional pupil, and who inherited most of his estate."
