    WARD,ROBINSON/ROBERTSON,BAGLEY,LOGAN,DUNCAN,CANADY/KENNEDY Still
    seeking further information on the family of Dr William WARD who died in Rutherford Co
    TN in 1833. His will mentions no children. One half of his very large estate was left to his wife
    Mary (ROBINSON/ROBERTSON) WARD. The remaining 1/2 was left to his nephew
    Thompson WARD son of his brother James WARD and to Rachel, Rody and Sealy
    daughters of his brother Joshua WARD. Thompson WARD died in Knox Co KY ca 1840.
    Rachel m Abner DUNCAN 1815 Washington Co VA. Rody and Sealy were deceased by 1833.
    An 1849 determination of heirs by the court establishes the following brothers and a sister of
    Dr. WARD. James WARD (children: Thompson, William, Mary (WARD) BAGLEY,
    Elizabeth (WARD) LOGAN), Benjamin WARD, Michael WARD (son Joshua WARD),
    Joshua WARD CHILDREN: Rachel, Rody and Sealy), a sister Mary/Obedience (WARD)
    KENNEDY/ CANADY, and a 1/2 brother Daniel WARD. I have determined Benjamin to be
    Benjamin WARD Sr that died in Ashe Co NC in 1820. Daniel WARD is Daniel WARD Sr.
    that died in Franklin Co VA in Jan 1826. I'm needing locations and further information on
    the others especially Joshua WARD. Always willing to share. Tom WARD
