It names his wife Mary, sons Joshua and Jeremiah Judson, and daughter Mary Judson. The will appoints brother Samuel Judson, wife Mary Judson, and son Joshua Judson as executors. The distribution, dated 3 January 1760, provides the dower for Mary, and shares for Joshua Judson and for Pixlee Judson, the heirs of Jeremiah Judson (Fairfield Probate District, Connecticut Estate Files, docket no. 3527). On 3 April 1753, Jeremiah elected Stephen Curtis, Jr., to be his guardian and a bond was posted (Fairfield Probate District, Connecticut Estate Files, docket no. 3519)."
