I have no explanation for why the death certificate says "Edith Florence" while the gravestone says "Josephine". However, the obituary of her brother Paul (see Find A Grave) mentions a sister "Miss Josephine" who predeceased him, and no Josephine shows up in the census record in his parents' family in the 1900 or 1910 census.
