First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my grave marker, shall be paid out of my estate as soon as convienent.
Second: All Federal, State and other death taxes payable because of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not passing under this will, including any interest or penality imposed in connection with said tax, shall be considered a part of the expenses of the administration of my estate and shall be paid from my residuary estate without apportionment or right of reimbursement.
Third: If any of my children show an interest in and desire to have in kind, any of my tangible personal property (including clothing, persoanl jewelry, household goods and automobiles) then I direct that these items are to be distributed among my children as equitable as may be practical or as they may amicably agree among themselves. Items not selected by the above procedure, shall then be offered at private or public sale and the proceeds added to the residue of my estate.
Fourth: all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever kind and nature and where situate, of which I may die seised or possed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death, including any property over which I may have the power of disposition by appointment or otherwise, then all of such estate, I give to my children, Emily Sue Gregg, Marian Louise Groff, and Lewis Floyd Brown, in equal shares, per stirpes.
Fifth: I direct that my personal representive shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties, in any jurisdiction. Sixth: I appoint my children, Emily Sue Gregg, Marian Louise Groff, and Lewis Floyd Brown, or the survivors of them, as Executors of this will.
