He also lived in Woburn and May 23, 1719 was published to Mary Peirce; she d., leaving one son Joseph, b. Sept. 9, 1719. Joseph, the father was subsequently md. and reared a large family which includes the ancestors of the Newbury branch of the Whitmore family."
