Names daughter Sally Buster and John ___, Nelly Sires the sum of Ten Dollars.

Names two sons George and James, gives one hundred acres of land this side of the ___ the plantation I now live in and also one horse each.

Names two sons Alexander and William I give the balance of the land that remains.

Names daughter Betsey dgin [?} one hundred dollars in money out of the money owing to John Berry and to be left in the hands of John Ketcham and Thomas Ewing and also I give to Betsy one Bead [sic} and Bead [sic] and one Cow, and to George and James one Bead and Bead cloths also the balance of the money in the hands of John Berry.

Names John Ketcham and Thomas Ewing Executors.
