Joseph S.W.Schwartz died from complications Tues evening at 9.30 at his home, 821 Moss St. He was aged 79yrs 24days. He was ailing the past few years & was bedfast 11wks. He was a son of the late John & Eliza (Hill) Schwartz. His grandfather, Maj. John W. Schwartx was a member of the 36th Congress. Deceased was a member of St.Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church. There survive his widow, Caro (White) Schwartz; on son, Clarence Schwartz of Frust Valley; one sister Emma E, widow of Isaac W. Brossman; two grandchildren, Ruth & Robert Robinson; six nieces & one nephew. Two children, George & Margaret, preceded him in death. Funeral Directors John F.Lutz & Sons are in charge of the arrangements.
