POND, Joseph, s. of Joseph 3d and Mary, [born] Dec. 16, 1773.
↑ The death record of daughter Emily (here, line 7) lists her father's birthplace as Wrentham. The marriage date in 1795 makes it almost certain he is the Joseph b. 1773 posthumously to Joseph Pond and Mary Newland. Of this Joseph, Source:Harris, Edward Doubleday. Genealogical Record of Daniel Pond and His Descendants, p. 36 says "b. Dec. 16, 1773; of whom nothing more is known".
