    To wife Ann Peckham one bed, bedsted and furniture, choice of any room in west end of my house to live in as long as she remains my widow. My son John to find and provide for her.
    To son John Peckham all real estate in this world that I posses except west end of house, all farming tools, livestock
    and he to be sole executor.
