(deceased), passed away June 30.

    Funeral Tuesday, July 4, at 9:30 a.m., Saints Cyril & Methodius Church. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at Joseph B. Misencik Funeral Home, 12500 Madison Avenue, Monday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Those who wish may contribute to the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament.
