    A THREAT
by a Nephew of John Wesley Hardin.

He Says He Wants a Manuscript and Will Take It,

    OR ELSE HAVE A FIGHT.

Some Publishers in El Paso Are Said to Possess the Document.

Waco, Tex., Nov. 6--(Special)--Young Gip Hardin of Anderson, Grimes county, is making a short visit in Waco. He says he is a brother of John Wesley Hardin, and his story is affirmed by the Waco young man with whom he is visiting. He is en route to El Paso, where Wes Hardin was killed. He says his object in visiting El Paso is to secure the manuscript that Wesley Hardin wrote concerning his own life, and which El Paso publishers now have. He says the manuscript rightly belongs to him and he will have it or have a fight. He will leave tomorrow.
