- If s dau. d. s. p. before age 16 or mar., to nephew Samuel Galloway, on s wife d., those lands near West River adj. the plntn. where I live devised to me by my father; to nephew Joseph Galloway, s. o. my bro, John, on s wife d., the parcel I bought of Jacob Duhadway (part of Dort), & 2 other parcels, bought of my bro. Peter: Favour Indeed & Bonnerton; to nephew Joseph Galloway, s. o. my bro. Peter, on s wife d., my lands near the head of South River, part of 2 tracts: Whitehall & What You Will; to son John Thomas, s. o. friend Philip Thomas, on the d. of s wife, Brownton, bought of Nathan Rigbye & Galloways Points, on West River; to Samuel Robertson, on the d. of s wife, Good Will Purchased Again, bought of Thomas Bond; the 2/3 my p. e. given to s dau. to be equ. div. among nephews Samuel Galloway, his bro. Joseph Galloway, Dr. Richard Johns, Joseph Cowman, Jr., John Thomas above named, his bro. Philip Thomas, & Susanna, wife of Kensey Johns.
- To Mary Plummer, sister to my wife, several debts due to me, one from her late husband.
