Wife Eunice and brother in Law Jonas Bradsish of Westborough to be executors.
2 Mar 1755: heirs cited. 13 Mar 1755: Notice of Eunice Farr that being weekly afraid to come to presenting of will of husband Joseph Far Jun'r of Southborough but accepts trust of executorship with brother Jonas Bradish. Response of Joseph Farr (undated) will of his son Joseph not accept will as he does not think his son composed it nor would he have dealt so hard with him if he was of right mind and understanding as son was to support him in his old age and he had supported him and gave him two horses that the son sold, and he had use of his stock and brought all his moveable goods from Stow and the son is giving away things that aren't his.
