- In the Littleton Records, p. 120, under the births of Jonathan Wheeler's children with Mary (Hartwell) Wheeler is written "The above Mary Wheeler Died 21st June 1801 Aged 83", which indicates a birth about 1718. Since Mary (Hartwell) Wheeler was born 1731 and died 1793, this is clearly not her. On p. 287, "Mr Jon'a Wheeler" married 21 Nov 1793 "Miss Mary Robbins", "both of Littleton". One would normally expect this is a younger couple, but there is no further sign of such a couple in the records, and given the age at death, and that it happened about 7 months after Mary (Hartwell) Wheeler died, perhaps it is Jonathan Wheeler remarrying? No likely woman has been identified...
