20 Feb 1764: Complaint of James Mirick, guardian of two minors of Jonathan Stimson deceased that real estate was settled on eldest son who has sold it and moved "a great way off" and neglected to pay the minors share. Also, that there is a mortgage held by deceased that was left out of inventory.
