4 Feb 1758: Quitclaim of Jonathan Partridge Jr and Jaspar Partridge to any right in the estate of our Hounered Father Jonathan Partridge in consideration of sevrall valowable donation given by him. 20 Sep 1759: Request of Elizabeth Hill, Mary Adams, daughters of Jonathan Partridge late of Rutland Dist that our mother Abigail Partridge ye widow desires administration be granted to John Hucker of Medway who marryed a daughter of ye Dec'd, there being two sons Jonathan & Jasper but both fully portioned by their father. Bond given the same date. Undated (exhibited 16 Oct 1759): Inventory of Mr Jonathan Partridge Sen'r Late of Rutland district decesed: £476-18-11, by James Cadwell, Jonathan Metcalf, Edward Clark. 28 Jun 1760: Dower set off to Abigail Partridge the widow. Assent by Abigell Partridge and John Hucker. 24 Sep 1761: Account of John Hucker allowed. 27 Jun 1763: Further account of John Hucker allowed. Balance to be divided among 18 children.
