    Case 18668: More Jonathan. 1699, Oct. 2.

[Complicated probate, much of it many years after Jonathan's death due to agreement requiring maintenance of Jonathan's father, a late real estate addition to the inventory and other matters, limited abstract presented, focusing on date of death and names of heirs.]
Will of "Johnathan [moors?] of nubery", dated 15 Dec 1692, proved 28 Sep 1693, "I order that my father has his maintenance acording to agrement betwene him and I"; names wife Constance Mores, son Johnathan [under age], dafter hanna, dafter Sarah, son Richard, son Samuill [under age], son Thomas, dafter dority. Wife to be executrix.
Undated: "What Constant Mooer hath paid of har husbands debts sins his death sins the year of our lord 1692", includes "I have taken the Care of my husbands aged father edmon moors untill the day of his death and for his furnarell chargis". [note: due to faded ink and style of writing, most letters shown as e's look like i's, but if topped with small line, versus a dot, assumed to be an e since that pattern produces more typical spelling.]
