    Jonathan Kimball6(John5, John4, John3, Henry2, Richard1,), born Amesbury, Mass., Sept. 17, 1736; married his cousin, Hannah Kimball, daughter of Nathan Kimball, born Nov. 5, 1748. He resided in Haverhill, Mass., and went from there to Weare, N.H. He was drowned while attempting to cross the Merrimack River upon the ice.

    We went to Weare, N.H.,, from Haverhill, Mass., and settled on a farm there. He commenced clearing his land, then went back after his goods, and was drowned in attempting to cross the Merrimac River on the ice.
