Jonathan the Son of David Joanes was Born May 29th. [16]83.
↑ Jonathan's father wrote a strange bequest, dividing his estate evenly between son Praisever, son Jonathan, and grandson David (son of David deceased), but preemptively allowing the older to be able to buy out the younger at a price set by uninterested men. Praisever died in 1700, while the other two were still minors, and the grandson David, then of Wrentham appears to sells his grandfather's estate in Dorchester starting in 1710 (Suffolk Deeds Vol. 31, folio 133; Vol. 34, folio 8, and Vol. 34, folio 20). This suggests Jonathan died before then. No evidence of the death, no division of the estate or quitclaim or agreement, nor any further mention of Jonathan has been located.
