    27 May 1731, decreed by judge 12 Jul 1731: Settlement of estate: two thirds set off to Jonathan, John and Peter Grout with double share to Jonathan Grout eldest son. Widow quitclaimed her thirds to Jonathan and John, Jonathan appears to get two thirds, John one third. Jonathan paying sister Abigail, sister Patience; John Grout paying sister Patience. After decease of widow, Jonathan to further pay brother Peter Grout, sister Abigail, sister Patience; John to further pay sister Patience.
