"He left 2 Children one 3 years & 1/2 old the other 7 months; both living the adm'x desiring to have allowance made her for bringing them up. ... her 2'd Husbands Estate on which she has taken admin'x this Day. As there was 2 setts of Children - if there be a Ballance resting in her Hands of her first Husbands Estate - his Children must have it - save her Thirds or Priviledge and it must not be brought into her 2'd Husband (Eli Jones) his Estate"
