Excerpt from an e-mail sent to William A. Coup by Aundria Reams 4 June 1999 about Dr. Jonathan Forman:

" He was as old or a little older than Grandmother and Grandfather so I don't really associate him having children of his own at least the age of my Mother. He was always there for me as I was growing up and he helped me to grow up. I remember the first time I saw him away from the office. I was working my first state job down in the German Village area of Columbus, Ohio and he came into Schmidts Sausage House to eat lunch one day. I couldn't believe I saw him there as particular as he was about everything. I couldn't imagine him eating a spicy Bahama Mama sausage sandwich or one of those great big over stuffed vanilla cream puffs they were so famous for. I didn't think that was a very healthy thing for him to be doing at his age. He got the biggest tickle out of that one though, but I guess I really thought if he ate that he wouldn't be there to take care of me when I needed help. I never wanted to have to look for another doctor like him. I've never really found another person like him. I miss him even now when I end up doing something I shouldn't. I always tried to please him, especially after Grandmother and Grandfather had gone to Florida."
