    [A long contentious probate, disagreement over valuations, accusations of hiding or misrepresenting assets and debts, etc. 7 Jan 1723: Judge's decree dividing real estate eldest son George Fairbanks, sons Jonathan and Samuel (the administrators), Joseph Billings in right of wife Comfort, and Benjamin Fairbanks the youngest son and a minor. One document mentions an agreement that had been made by the father and "our uncle George Fairbank of Medway".]
