    18 Jun 1828: list of debts of Mr. Jonathan Convers late of Woburn. Sworn to 13 Jan 1829 and estate declared insolvent.
    19 Aug 1828: Memorial of Mary Convers of Woburn, widow, that Jonathan Convers, yeoman, who last dwelt in said Woburn, within one year last past dec'd intestate ... that your Petitioner is the widow of said deceased & by Law entitled to be appointed admi'x of his estate. Bond given same day.
    19 Aug 1828: Petition of widow to have dower set off, that "child of said deceased now holds the same as their estate in fee".
    14 Apr 1829: Dower set off, assented to by Mary Convers, Widow of the late Jonathan Convers deceased

  4.   Source:Fowle, Eugene Chalmers. Descendants of George Fowle, (1610-11 -1682) : of Charlestown, Massachusetts, p. 101, says Jonathan is the son of Joseph Converse and Hephzibah Brooks. The marriage record and his birth record both name the father Josiah. This may simply be a typo, but unfortunately, it has since been copied verbatim into other sources.
