    Jonas was the son of Thomas & Mary Denton Little. In 1759, he married Rebecca Tipton. They were the parents of 8 children-Jacob, Benjamin, Hannah, Phebe, William, John, Ruth, and Rebecca.

    Jonas has a memorial honoring his military service in the Revolutionary War located in the George W Miller Cemetery.
