Signed by Amasa Parker, Sarah Parker, Beulah Woodward, Benj'a Woodward admins'ter, Hephezibeh [sic] Woodward widow of John Woodward Desest, Nathj'll Flint. June 1754: Estate appraised and thirds set off to widow. Counter signed by Hepsibah Woodward, Benj'a Woodward, Beulah Woodward, Nath'll Flint, Amasa Parker. 3 Oct 1754: Benj'a (the Dec'ds Eldest son appeared and accepted the other 2/3ds). Children: Benjamin (eldest), Thomas, Jonathan, Hephsibah Flint, Sarah Parker, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Rachel. Judge's decree awards 2/3 to Benjamin the eldest son, he paying brothers and sisters, viz, Thomas, Jonathan, Hephsibah, Sarah, Elizabeth, Rebecca and Rachel. [Note: Beulah countersigned the documents dated June 1754, but was not included in the judge's list of children, nor his decree, of Oct 1754. Dunstable records show she died between 1757 and 1768. This is presumably because her death is recorded between records for these dates? But it appears she died in the summer of 1754.] 26 Feb 1759: Account of Benjamin Woodward administ'r of mr John Woodward late of Dunstable Deceas'd Intestate, allowed.

John Woodward, s/o of John Woodward and Sarah Bancroft, b. 1696, m. 1720 Hepzi Burnap. [Note: this source make many error regarding the Woodward family. In particular regarding this John, it misses the three children born in Dunstable (Jonathan, Rachel and Thomas); as well as the children born in Lynn (Benjamin's baptism in Wakefield is covered but not his Lynn birth, two Elizabeths, Sarah and Thomas); also Rebecca for whom no birth is found but who is named in the probate; and he adds a son for whom no birth record is found (James), who, if he ever existed must have died young, as he is not mentioned in the probate.]
