Husbandman being grown old & weake of Body", dated 13 Oct 1707, codicil 1 Apr 1709, proved 2 Apr 1711, names wife Lidia; son David; sons Jonathan Wetherby and Ephraim Wetherby [in codicil called youngest son, under 21]; three daughters Mary, Lidia & Anne [under age]; my three eldest sons Joseph, John and Thomas. Wife and son David to be executors.
