    On the death of Mrs. Greene, administration on her estate was granted (4-1-1674-5) to Thomas Newhall "in behalfe of his wife and ye other children," and, on account of his delay in this business, a citation was issued April 13, 1700, on the "petition of John Venton who md. one of the daughters of Trumpeter Greene agst. Tho. Newhall who md. another and is administrator of Rebecca," &c.
