    John Marlin Stults, the son of the immigrant, was born on the voyage to America ca. 1753 and d. ca. 1829, the date of the probation of his will. He mar. Elizabeth Higbee and made his will on 1822 which was probated in 1829 at South Amboy, New Brunswick, N.J. (Will-C-297) His will mentions his wife Elizabeth and the following children:
    i. William, b. 1 June 1780; mar. Ann Sylvester.
    ii. John, Jr., b. 1 Oct. 1782; mar. Catherine Snyder.
    iii. Peter, b. 27 Oct. 1785; mar. Helen (Lene, Lena, Helena) Cortelyou.
