Abstract of the will of John Smith, Richmond County, Georgia, 9 Jan 1800/6 Oct 1801. “As my living wife before she married me saw fit to secure all her property to her children, I leave her twenty five cents.” He also named three nephews living in Scotland. Executors were Alex. Graham, Edward Primrose, witnesses Holland McTyeire, Seaborn Jones, Lucy Heard.
