Judge of Probate Oct., 1719 to May, 1728, when he resigned. Judge of County Court, 44 years from 1684. m. Elizabeth. He d. at Woodbury, Dec. 13, 1730. She d. at Woodbury, Oct. 1, 1744. His will dated Sept. 14, 1730, was proved Jan. 18, 1730/31, at Woodbury."
