    July 23, 1698, Governor Blake directed George Logan to administer on the estate of John Sellsby, late of the island of Providence, at the same time reciting that Col. Thomas Cary, Capt. George Smith, Alexander Parris, Joseph Crosskeys and Lewis Pasquereau had been directed to appraise and make an inventory of the estate.
