Obituary

Saunders, John W. Passed away January 11, 1989 at the age of 72. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Norma Saunders of Rosamond, his sons John W. Saunders III of Rosamond, Merlin E. Saunders of Tehachapi and Robert Dean Saunders of Rosamond, two daughters Norma Jean Anderson of Palmdale and Joyce Lee Mainer of Palmdale, 16 grand children and 2 great-grand children. To all of my children and their spouses and children if any, "I leave my good will and a hope that all will follow Christ during their lifetime or until the Rapture." Mr. Saunders was a retiree of Santa Fe Railroad. Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Halley Olsen Funeral Chapel, Palmdale. With services being held Saturday 11 a.m. January 14, 1989 with Interment to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
