25 Feb 1756: Bond of "Josiah Walker yeoman" to administer "Estate of Capt John Reed late of Woburn aforesaid Deceased Intestate". 19 Jan 1756: Warrant to Edward Walker, Timothy Winn, and Joshua Jon[e]s to appraise estate. Taken 20 Feb 1756. Swore to by "Mrs Judith Reed the Deceas'd Widow" 23 Feb 1756. 28 April 1756: Warrant to appraise real estate. 4 Oct 1756: Estate represented to be insolvent, warrant to examine claims of creditors 18 Jul 1757: Charges of administrator 554-12-10 and debts 1993-1-9 allowed (old tenor?). 18 Nov 1757: Distribution of 191+ pounds to cover debts of 272+ pounds.
