John Outridge was baptised on 27th March 1742 at Ickleford in Hertfordshire, son of Hannah Outridge, formerly Dew, and her husband Richard Outridge. Sadly John died as a baby, being buried nine months after his baptism, on 20th December 1742. Quite likely there was an illness in the family; his mother was buried five days later.
