Six children, and the heirs of Hannah Rumsey dec'd. Joseph and Elizabeth chose mother guardian, 28 Apr. 1710. Distribution: widow; Samuel, John, David, Joseph, Sarah, Elizabeth Osborn. On 21 Apr. 1714, Solomon Foote conveyed to uncle James Bennett as trustee, realty distributed to me through marriage with wife Elizabeth from her father Capt. John Osborn's Estate. Joseph Osborn, Solomon Foote and Elizabeth his wife, and Nathan Lewis and Sarah his wife, conveyed 1719 to David Osborn, right in dowry of mother Sarah Osborn.
