    I, John North, Jr., of the Parish of Kensington, in the Township of Middletown, do make this my last will and testament: I give the 1-2 of my land which my father gave me in Farmington, called the south lott (the north side of sd. lot), adjoining to his own land, I say I give the sd. half of the lott to my honoured father John North. And also I give to my sd. father all my moveable estate of what name, kind or nature soever. I give to my mother Elizabeth North all the rest of my lands which were given to me by my father as aforesd. And I appoint my honoured father John North and my mother Elizabeth North executors, requireing them to pay all my just debts.

    Court Record, Page 95—7 August, 1733: The last will and testament of John North, Jr., late of Middletown, was now exhibited in Court, and being fully proved, is by this Court approved and ordered to be recorded. And John North, father of the sd. deceased, being appointed an executor of the sd. will, appeared in Court and refused the trust and desired that Benjamin Judd, Jr., of Farmingtown, might take Adms. on the estate, whereupon this Court grants Adms. on sd. estate unto the sd. Benjamin Judd, Jr., with the will annexed, and he gave bond with his father Benjamin Judd.
