- Daughter Judith Edwards, after mother’s death or marriage, household furniture she has already retained and negroes James and Lucy, and for lack of heirs slave Lucy to go to granddaughter Mary Pollard;
- Son-in-law Thomas Pollard and “his wife Mary Ann Pollard”, certain debts provided his brother James Pollard does not trouble the estate, otherwise to grandchildren Robert Pollard and Judith Pollard.
