    Waytstill, one year, 13th Dec. last.

    - Elizabeth Endicott formerly widow of Mr, Antipas Newnnan late of Wenham, and administratrix of his estate, finding that she is incapable for management of so great a business, petitions the court Dec. 2, 1680, that her eldest son John Newman, who is now come to years, may be made executor with her. [Note: inconsistent with both the 1673 statement of ages and the recorded birth.]
