Middlesex Deeds Vol. 31, p. 305 John Mason of Newton Tanner "ffor and in consideration of that Parental Love and affection which I have and Do Bear towards my Beloved Son Dan'l Mason of the aforesaid Town of Newton Husbandman", in consideration of ten years care and future support, and for paying "to his Brother and Sister" per Bond under Daniel's hand of the same date, John conveys all estate both real and personal to him. 25 Apr 1726. This deed being essentially a will, apparently informed Bond of the three surviving children of John Mason presented on p. 357. In his corrections, p. 856, he adds the additional three found in the Newton records, but assumes the deed implies these three all died.
