Billerica 29 Feb 1695-6, resided in Cambridge where he was taxed 1722 as "singell man", and where town paid "John Manning, senior" in 1752 for work on pastor's house. Probably alive in 1755 when son called John Manning "junior" and probably not in 1769 when his son was not called junior. Married 6 Jun 1728 Rebecca (Pierce) Winship, 3 children.
