Merch't laboouring under sickness & weakness", dated 3 May 1733, proved 22 May 1733, names Reverend Mr. Thomas Foxcroft and the Reverend Mr. Charles Chauncy (Poastors of the Old or First church in Boston where I belong); poor of s'd Church; five Children, Namedly, Samuel Mary Elizabeth Martha and Jane. Brother in Law Stephen Minot Esq'r to be executor and guardian of two youngest children Samuel and Jane, under 14.
