In North Stonington, Conn., July 2d, 1865, John Davis Langworthy, aged 83 years. Bro. Langworthy was born in Stonington, Conn., July 10th, 1782. His parents were Benjamin and Eleanor Langworthy. He made a profession of religion when about thirty years of age, and joined the Branch Church at Rockville. His natural temperament was mild and uniform. His life, as a whole, was that of a fully developed Christian. Long did he wait for the Lord to grant his discharge. A. B. B.
