Robinson, now a widow, Daniel Kilgore, Sarah wife of Thomas Bryan all of age, and three minor children, Jasper, Martha J. and Cynthia Ann Kilgore for whom their Mother is Guardian. Perry Kilgore has six ninths interest, one ninth by descent and five ninths by purchase.
