Bio: Rev. Hall served a 28-year tenure as rector of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Ashtabula over two calls from 1824-1834 and 1836-1854. He was a boarder in the home of Rev. Joseph Badger, and that is where he met his future wife, Rev. Badger's daughter, Sarah. They married in 1813.

When Harriett died, he married Prudee Chester in 1837.
