Milton Junction - John R Foreman, 87, retired farmer and lifelong resident of this area, died Sunday at his home in Milton following a long illness. He had lived in Milton for eight years.
Mr. Foreman was born Sept 22, 1865 in Oconomowoc. He was married March 15, 1906 to Mary Hagedorn, of Hebron.
Surviving are his wife; four sons, Lester, of Merrimac, Forrest, of Johnstown Center, Stanley, of Milton Junction, and Kenneth, of Kenosha; five daughters, Mrs. Lenora [Leona] Richardson, Edgerton, Mrs. Marlene Raithel, Johnson Creek, Mrs. Marion Thoreson, Kenosha, Corrine [Connie] Wileman, Milton Junction, and Delores, at home; 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four sisters, a brother and a son, Claude. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Milton Junction Methodist Church, the Rev Carlos Asher officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Whitewater. Friends may call at the Albrecht Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
