Yeoman", dated 1 Apr 1718, proved 18 Jun 1718, names wife Rachell Dwelly [sole executrix], she to give "real estate unto my Children according to her direction" else if she dies, equally divided, "son John Dwelly, daughter Rachell Turner, son Jedediah Dwelly, son Abner Dwelly, son Simeon Dwelly, Daughter Deborah Dwelly, son Joseph Dwelly, Daughter Thankfull Dwelly, daughter Mary Dwelly, son Benjamin Dwelly, daughter Lusanna Dwelly, daughter Mercy Dwelly, Son Lemuel Dwelly.
    3 Jun 1718: Inventory of John Dwelly Late of Scittuate dec'd by Job Randall, Stephen Clapp, Peter Collamore; sworn to 18 Jun 1718 by Rachell Dwelly relict Widdow of John Dwelly last of Scittuate deceased.

  3.   John Dwelly and wife were charged with fornication 26 Oct 1686. Plymouth Court Records, 1:189.335 There is no marriage record for John Dwelley before his marriage to Rachel Buck in 1692/3, but Mary Glass, daughter of Roger Glass, had married a Mr Dwelley by the time her father wrote his will in 1690. It is likely she was John’s first wife, and Rachel Buck his second wife.
  4. ↑ "The Hobart Journal", as printed NEHGR, p. 121:110, records the birth on 10 Mar 1659/60 of "Richard Dwellys sonn", which based on the age at death, was probably John.
