Distribution of estate, 1/3 to widow Jane Cleeves, remainder divided into 3 portions. No. 1 & 2 assigned to Robert Cleaves the Eldest Son, he to pay John the second son, and Eleanor Lovett only daughter wife of Benj'a Lovett.
